Please provide us with one written character reference. This will be no longer than an A4 page and can take the form of a letter. This must not be an immediate family member, but may be a close family friend, the headmaster, headmistress or principal, sports coach or similar. Please ensure that they are comfortable with us contacting them directly if further information is required. (2mb file limit)
