Please use the following template when providing your annual report for the Trustees. In addition to your short covering letter and a short report from your principal, tutor or departmental head; your report is to be provided by October 31st each year.

Salt Creek Scholarship Scholars wishing to apply for an extension or deferral of their Scholarship are to use the following form.

Decisions about an extension or deferral are made by the Trustees and each is taken on its merits and individual circumstances at the time of application.
